World champion at 400 m Hurdles Karsten Warholm is another star entry confirmed for 58th Ostrava Golden Spike (IAAF World Challenge) on June 20. He will compete in the 400 m flat race in a rare opportunity on the circuit.

In the indoor season he won gold at 400 m at European Indoors and equalled the European record of Thomas Schonlebe 45.05, there could be chances he can come close also to Schonlebe´s outdoor mark 44.33 from 1987. "Im looking forward for a rare fight on the circuit in the 400 m flat," said Warholm.
